Simple quick cooked chocolate pudding using pantry ingredients. All you need is cocoa powder, cornstarch, sugar, milk, butter and vanilla. It takes about 5 minutes to make. It is one of those recipes that you need to keep in your recipe box for when you are out of ideas and money.
When I was at the grocery store this week, there was no instant or cooked chocolate pudding mix. I stocked up on cocoa for my preps in my pantry. I read that there is a shortage of chocolate right now. Last winter I could not find my cocoa powder and I thought I was out. So, I bought a large container of a store band cocoa. I did find the other container, so I am now glad to have the extra.
