Rice with Grapes

Rice with grapes and turkey vegetable meat loaf lunch plate.

A wonderful rice side dish that can be made from left over rice. Very quick and easy to make. When you are out of ideas on how to serve rice this is a great dish. I used seedless red grapes and slivered almonds. The rice is sautéed in butter with chicken soup base and slivered almonds. The grapes are added just before serving.

I saw something like this in a cookbook at the library. It was something I now make once in while when I have grapes. I am always looking for new rice dishes. Thanks for your comment.
