Microwaved Spaghetti Squash Side Dish Bowl

A really cool way to serve spaghetti squash that is quick and easy. You don’t have to bake this squash and it turns out great. It is a way to cook it when you don’t want to heat the oven or the house. I like to eat it this way as a quick vegetable side dish.

A quick and easy to serve this vegetable as a side dish . Just microwave spaghetti squash by cutting the ends off and cutting it in half with scooping out the seeds. Placing the two halves in a glass microwavable dish with a little water, center sides down, and microwaving it for 12 to 15 minutes. The cut bottom with allow the squash to sit flat so you can serve it like a bowl on a small dish. Then fluffing the sides with a fork and twirling the spaghetti squash in the center. So simple and delicious with just a little seasoning and butter.
