Brown Rice Turkey Meatball Primavera

A weeknight meal that is easy to make.  Brown rice cooked in chicken broth and topped with turkey meatballs, vegetables and mushroom sauce.  You can make the meatballs yourself or purchase them in your frozen food section at the grocery.  The vegetables are frozen carrots, cauliflower and broccoli.  That sauce base is a can of concentrated mushroom soup.  It doesn’t get any easier than this.

It is very easy and inexpensive to make. I watch for meat balls to go on sale in the freezer section of my local stores and hoard them for days that I don’t have time to cook. Open up a can of soup, a few packages from the freezer and put some pasta or rice on. Then put it together. Thanks for your comment.
