Easy to make chocolate peanut butter cookies from a cake mix that you have on hand. Just a few ingredients including 3/4 cup of peanut butter. So easy to make that you can let your kids make them. They are a soft cookie that is made from ingredients that you have on hand. By the time the oven is hot you will have your cookies ready to bake.
Many chain grocery stores use cake mixes as a lost leader to get you to shop. I stock up on them when they are on sale. I do like to scratch bake but cake mixes are very economical to use and quick to make. There are so many recipes that you can use them in and fast to prepare when you don’t have much time. Also homemade cookies just taste better. Recently I have noticed that even Oreo cookies have changed and seem dry.
